Yes we are! We are PROUD to be insured with Canadian Pet Insurance Company, ProFUR. As we always say, Your Pets and Your Properties are Our Highest Priorities!
How Much Does it Cost for a ‘Meet & Greet?’
Our ‘Meet & Greets’ are INCLUDED for FREE whenever you BOOK with Us! If you are unsure about booking however, then it will cost $30 for 1 Hour and $20 for 30 Minutes.
What If I Need Multiple Visits For Same Day?
Great, We Can Help!! After you select the date and time of your booking, there will be an option to ‘add an additional visit within same day.’ You can then let us know your preferred time in the ‘Special Instructions & Notes’ when booking (If you have no preference or forgot to write it in, The additional visit will take place 4-8 hours after the first visit).
Is There a Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointments manually online or by contacting us up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking, otherwise a small fee ($10) may apply afterwards!
How Will You Get Into Our Home?
Whichever method is most preferable to You! Most clients are comfortable leaving a hidden key for us or providing a garage code. We can also meet you ahead of time to make a copy of your key (no extra charge) or some other arrangement that suits you!
What Happens If There’s An Emergency!?
If we notice an emergency regarding your pets or your home, we will contact you Immediately!!! If you have any alternative numbers you’d like us to be aware of, simply include them in the ‘special instructions’ box upon booking!
How Will We Know When You Arrive?
One of our team members will send you a text immediately before each visit, letting you know they have arrived! We will also send you a text informing you when we have left, along with any possible concerns we may come across.
How Much Do You Charge for Meet & Greets?
Our ‘meet & greets’ are included with every booking; so when you book with us, it won’t cost you a cent! This is essentially the last part of our booking process & we’ll schedule this at the same time as key pick up.
For those who aren’t planning on booking however, the cost is $20. We highly recommend sending us all your questions and concerns ahead of time via email so that you won’t have to pay to get all of your answers :).
Are You First-Aid Pet Certified?
Yes! Your Pets and Your Home are our Priority, which is why we’ve made it mandatory for all staff at Purrfect Neighbour to have their First Aid Certification for Cats and Dogs!
I Have a Very Specific Routine for My Pets…
Purrfect! We are here to make sure ALL Your Pets get the Love and Care They Deserve. Simply write your notes in the ‘special instructions’ box when booking, and we will comply! If there is any confusion, we will be in touch with you BEFORE the visit starts.
How will your Professionals know which Food to Feed my Pets for the Pet Check In services?
Fantastic Question! We’ve created a space for you to provide us with feeding instructions when using our Easy-to-Use Online Booking! It’s also required, so you can't miss it :). If you are booking via phone, then you’ll verbally inform us when going through questions!
